Site Assessment

We measure ambient noise floors, identify flanking paths, map HVAC resonance, and document existing STC ratings before a single stud is touched.

Structural Decoupling

Double-stud walls on independent footings. Resilient channel on every ceiling joist. Isolation clips rated at 40 Hz break the vibration chain between structure and finish surface.

A continuous MLV membrane wraps every surface — walls, floor, ceiling. Seams overlapped 2 inches, sealed with non-hardening acoustic caulk. No gaps. No shortcuts.
